1. Introductory Provisions
By accessing or using the sexodloty.pl website, related applications, email notifications, API, or any other service we provide, hereinafter referred to as "Services", you confirm that you understand and accept these terms of use ("Terms").
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and the Owner governing your use of the Services. Please read its provisions carefully. If you do not agree to this agreement, you may not use our Services.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
You may not use the Services and you may not accept the Terms if, due to your age, you do not have full legal capacity, and if your right to take legal action or the right to use the Services has been restricted under the provisions of the relevant law applicable to you. .

We provide you with a platform that allows you to post, edit, display, browse, search for ads, advertisements and other content online. Although users may use the Services we offer to communicate and conduct transactions, we do not participate in and are not party to any transaction between users. You understand and agree that you use the Services and / or participate in these transactions at your own risk. The basic services we offer are free of charge, however, we may also offer paid products or services. You can read the details and amounts of applicable costs for paid services on the "Price list" subpage, available in the user account menu, after logging in.
5. User Accounts
You may need to set up an account in order to access certain features of the Services. If you create such an account, you must provide true and complete information and use an email address that belongs to you.
You are responsible for your account activity and agree that you will not sell, transfer, license, share, or transfer your account or account rights to any other person or entity. You are responsible for the secure storage of your password and account details.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage sustained as a result of the use of your account or password by any other person or entity, either with or without your knowledge.
You understand and agree that the creation of multiple accounts by one user, as well as the creation of accounts by one user for other persons or entities, without our prior consent, is not allowed.
You may not create accounts using any unauthorized means, including the use of an automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler, or scraper.
You understand that your account may be closed at any time, in particular in the event of breach or intention to breach the terms of our regulations.
6. User Content
The services we provide contain content from us, you and other users. This content ("Content") includes text, software, graphics, images, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual content, interactive materials and other materials available on or through the Services. Please note that Content may be available through the Services that is generally deemed to be material accessible only to an adult, and that such Content may only be accessed by an adult.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use the Services for your personal purposes. Additionally, you confirm that by posting Content you will not infringe or infringe the rights of third parties and agree to cover all fees and costs arising from posting such Content.
9. Restrictions on Content and Use of Services
You are solely responsible for the behavior and Content that you post or display on or through our Services, and for any consequences that may arise therefrom. Advertisements may only be placed in the appropriate category and it is forbidden to post duplicate or almost identical advertisements and other Content.
You may not post Content on or through the Services:
- breaking or violating the law,
- harassing, intimidating, persecuting other people,
- containing personal data or identifying another person without the express consent of that person,
- discriminatory, hateful, illegal, false, pornographic, obscene, offensive, aggressive, violent or otherwise questionable,
- offering counterfeit products or infringing copyrights, trademarks or other rights of third parties,
- commonly regarded as spam, distributing the so-called chain letters or financial pyramids,
- promoting schemes and programs to reward users for clicking on ads, searching, browsing or reading emails.

You agree that if we find that these Terms are breached, breached or if we suspect that it was your intention, we may change the category, delete or block your advertisement, Content or part of your Content.
You may use the Services only in accordance with the law and the terms of the regulations.
The following activities are prohibited:
- scanning, checking or testing our systems or networks, or security systems or authentication methods,
- manipulating or accessing non-public parts of our Services, our computer systems or the systems of our service providers,
forging TCP / IP packets and other parts of packets, both when adding Content and in e-mails, as well as using the Services in such a way as to confuse, alter or falsify information about the source,
- connecting to the Services (or any attempt) other than through the interfaces available, published by us (and only to the extent specified by these Terms), unless we have previously given our prior written consent to such activities (indexing of the Services by indexing robots is allowed only to the extent specified in the robots.txt file, however, copying the Content without our prior written consent is prohibited),
- disrupting or attempting to interfere with access to the Services, servers, networks, including activities such as flooding, overloading, spamming, sending computer viruses, bombarding e-mail, or creating scripts to create Content in such a way that it interferes, interferes or excessively charges our Services,
- attempts to decode, decompile, reverse engineer the software and code used to provide the Services,
- impersonating another person or entity,
- copy, display, collect, reproduce, or otherwise use any Content (in whole or in part) posted by or available through our Services without our prior written consent (this also applies to Content posted by you). If you breach the above provisions, you agree to pay us EUR 10,000 for each day of breach of this condition,
- sending unsolicited advertising in any form,
- bypassing access blockages to the Services,
- collecting information about other users without their knowledge and prior written consent (this also applies to collecting e-mail addresses and telephone numbers).
You agree to receive notifications, information and marketing messages from us via the Services, via email or telephone, and you consent to be contacted about the services and products that we and our partners may offer.
10. Age
Our services are aimed at adults. In line with our internal policy, we do not make our Services available to anyone under the age of 18. You certify that you are over 18 years of age and can legally accept these Terms.
11. Payment for services
Posting personal profiles, clubs and salons business cards is FREE. Only additional forms of advertising promotion, specified in the price list, are subject to payment.
12. Copyrights and Trademarks
The Services contain Content that belongs to us or that we are licensed for. This Content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, including
international conventions and other applicable laws. Consequently, this content may not be distributed, copied, counterfeited or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and neither we, our subsidiaries, nor our licensed companies can provide any warranty for them.
In particular, the Operator does not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, or that they will be provided in a continuous, timely, safe or trouble-free manner. The Operator does not guarantee that any information obtained by you as a result of using the Services will be reliable and unadulterated, or that defects in the operation or functionality of the software being part of the Services will be removed.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer and you may not contractually change or waive such rights.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for losses which may not be excluded or limited by law by law.
We do not review User Posted Content, nor are we involved in transactions between users. You accept and agree not to hold us responsible for the activities and Content of other users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the Content posted by other users, or the communication between users, and the quality, safety and legality of the offers.
In no event shall the Operator, its employees, directors, representatives be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, deliberate losses or damages resulting from the use of the Services, including cases where the loss or damage is the result of inability to use the Services, our negligence or also interruptions, suspensions, modifications, changes or termination of the provision of the Services.
The limitation of liability is effective regardless of whether the Operator has been notified or should know about the possibility of such loss or damage or not.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, in which case you will not be affected by them.

You accept that we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such websites or sources. Links to such sites or sources do not imply our endorsement or endorsement of such websites or sources, or any endorsement of the products or services offered by those websites or the sources. 14. Compensation
You agree to indemnify and protect the Operator (and its employees, directors, representatives, subsidiaries, partners, successors, service providers) from any financial claims, to cover all financial costs, including court and litigation costs, and to pay any damages in the event of your breach or breach of these Terms, the rights of third parties (including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights), or as a result of any other claims for loss arising from your Content added.
15. Complaints procedure
The User may submit complaints regarding non-performance or improper performance of the service by the Operator, within 14 days from the date of ending the issue of the Advertisement or the date on which the issue should end.
Complaints may be submitted via e-mail to the following address: e-mail address provided in the "Contact" tab with the annotation "Complaint".
The complaint should contain at least: name and surname, e-mail address of the User assigned to the Account, URL address of the Advertisement to which the complaint relates or other data allowing the identification of the Advertisement, the period of issue, circumstances justifying the complaint, as well as the User's specific request related to the complaint. .
If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, the Website Owner, before considering the complaint, will ask the User to supplement it in the indicated scope.
The website owner recognizes the complaint within 30 days from the date of receipt of a properly submitted complaint. The User will receive information on the method of handling the complaint via electronic correspondence to the e-mail address assigned to the Account.
16. Termination
The terms will remain in force until terminated by you or the Operator in one of the ways described below.
You can terminate the Terms at any time by notifying us via the contact form, deactivating your account and stopping use of the Services. If you have account, the notification sent via the contact form must be sent before you deactivate the account. You agree that we reserve the right to archive, store and weigh any Content that you have added to or through the Services, and that termination of the contract will not restrict this right.
We reserve the right to terminate the Terms or restrict access to all or part of the Services at any time without giving any reason, whether or not to notify you in advance.
Upon termination of the Terms, all licenses and other rights you have received from us will cease to apply.
All provisions of these Terms, which by their nature should survive the end of the Terms, will remain in effect.
17. General Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are based on and are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence regardless of their application or conflict with the local laws of your place of residence.
All claims, legal proceedings or disputes arising in connection with the Services will be settled before the courts competent for the website owner, unless the website owner decides otherwise.
If you use the Services from another country, you are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to you.
You agree to receive communications from us in electronic form and agree that any terms, contracts, notices and other communications that you receive from us will be treated as received in writing.
If you breach the Terms by using the Services in an unauthorized way, you may not receive any notifications. You agree that in such event, any notices that you would have received in the event of authorized use of the Services will be deemed to have been provided.
Our failure to perform or perform any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to their implementation or performance.
Neither party may transfer the Terms to any other person or entity, and we reserve the right to do so to a subsidiary or affiliate.
